世纪之交,江泽民同志提出了“三个代表”的重要论述,高屋建瓴,总揽全局,具有鲜明的时代特征,它是我们党的立党之本、执政之基、力量之源。每一个共产党员,如何身体力行“三个代表”;每一个党和政府的工作部门,如何在工作中实现“三个代表”,已成为摆在我们面前的一项严肃的政治责任和历史使命。改革发展中的人事工作,由于其职责和对象的特殊性,地位和作用的重要性,在实现“三个代表”的实践中,不仅肩负重任。
At the turn of the century, Comrade Jiang Zemin put forward an important exposition of the “three represents,” which is characterized by the distinctive characteristics of the times. It is the foundation of our party, the foundation of our ruling party, and the source of our strength. It is a serious political responsibility and historic task for all Communists to exercise their “Three Represents.” How the work departments of each party and government accomplish the “three represents” in their work. The personnel work in reform and development is not only shouldering heavy responsibilities in implementing the “Three Represents” because of the particularity, status and role of its duties and objects.
