本文详细分析比较两组初次发生室性期前收缩(PVS)的年龄、早搏指数、基本心率及PVS特征与冠心病发生的关系。当初发PVS年龄在40～59岁之间及早搏指数>1.6时冠心病易患性明显增加,并指出PVS伴窦率增快PVS QRS振幅<12mm,时限>0.12s时冠心病可能性较大。
This article detailed analysis of two groups of primary ventricular premature contraction (PVS) age, premature beats index, basic heart rate and PVS characteristics and the relationship between coronary heart disease. When PVS age was between 40 and 59 years old and premature beats index> 1.6, the risk of coronary heart disease increased significantly. It was pointed out that PVS QRS amplitude <12mm and PVS QRS amplitude> 12s .
