档案行政执法检查、依法查处档案违法行为,是《档案法》赋予区县档案行政管理部门的法定职责。目前,区县基层档案行政执法工作存在着认识不到位、执法队伍水平偏低、查处违法案件力度不够、执法监督尚欠规范等问题。如何推进区县档案行政执法检查工作的深入开展,是广大基层档案部门工作人员,特别是行政执法人员特别要注意
