1979—1986年对荸荠秆枯病菌生物学特性开展了研究。此病菌能在多种培养基上生长,菌落在含有淀粉、果糖、乳糖和蛋白胨、天冬酰胺以及荠秆鲜、干汁的培养基上生长良好;分生孢子发芽需要有少量的碳源。对pH值的适应范围比较广,以pH5—7最适。病菌生长最适温度23-29℃,分生孢子发芽最适温度22-28℃。对光照不太敏感,但在黑光灯下较易产生分生孢子。根据4个菌株比较研究的结果,初步认为菌株间可能有分化现象存在。
From 1979 to 1986, the biological characteristics of water chestnut bacterial blight were studied. The bacteria can grow in a variety of medium, colonies containing starch, fructose, lactose and peptone, asparagine and water chestnut fresh, dry medium growth well; conidial germination requires a small amount of carbon source. To adapt to a wider range of pH, pH5-7 optimum. The optimal temperature for pathogen growth was 23-29 ℃, and the optimum temperature for spore germination was 22-28 ℃. Less sensitive to light, but easier to produce conidia under black light. According to the results of comparative studies of four strains, it is preliminarily thought that there may exist differentiation among the strains.
