蛔虫症是小兒,特別是学龄兒童常见疾病,不但影响兒重身体健康,并可造成各种外科併发症,如胆道蛔虫、蛔虫性肠梗阻、兰尾蛔虫症等。根据我科材料,蛔虫外科併发症約佔小兒急腹症的50％左右,而其中39.7％是由于驅虫不当引起。因此,預防蛔虫感染以及有效驅虫有重要的防治意义。我們于1965年9、10月份在沈阳市小东街的9个小学校中,对8864人进行了普遍驅虫,现将我們的工作情
