目的 探究心理干预对缓解急性心肌梗死胸痛患者负面情绪及疼痛的效果.方法 将2020年1月~2021年3月规划为总研究时区,并以该时区中就本院行急性心肌梗死胸痛治疗的111例患者作为样本对象.基于随机抽签规则,分为对照组(n=58)与观察组(n=53).对照组对象予常规护理,观察组则在常规干预的基础上给予心理护理干预.比对两组对象负面情绪、胸部疼痛程度及相关情况.结果 观察组对象两项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);且该组对象心绞痛疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分、发作频率及持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对象生活质量总评分高于对照组(P<0.05);且该组对象的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在急性心肌梗死胸痛患者中实施心理护理干预的效果显著,能有效改善患者的负面情绪,减轻痛感,缩短心绞痛发作频率和持续时间.“,”Objective To explore the effects of psychological intervention on alleviating negative emotions and pain in patients with acute myocardial infarction and chest pain. Methods The period from January 2020 to March 2021 was planned as the total study time zone, and 111 patients with acute myocardial infarction and chest pain treatment in our hospital in this time zone were used as sample subjects. Based on the random drawing rules, they were divided into a control group (n=58) and an observation group (n=53). The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine intervention. The negative emotions, chest pain degree and related conditions of the two groups were compared. Results The two scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05); and the angina numerical rating scale (NRS) score, attack frequency and duration of the subjects in this group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the total score of the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); and the nursing satisfaction of the group higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction and chest pain is significant, which can effectively improve patients\'\' negative emotions, relieve pain, and shorten the frequency and duration of angina pectoris.
