急诊医学属于独立的医学学科,由于急诊医学属于新兴学科,其发展和定位尚处于探索之中。由于医院急诊科受到医院规模大小、辐射能力、技术实力、仪器设备等诸多软件因素和硬件因素的干扰,医院急诊科当前尚未形成固定、标准化的急诊医学模式。而如何因地制宜,将医院辐射能力、技术实力以及仪器设备能多方面因素进行结合,寻求最切合实际的急诊医学模式,并进一步对医院急诊科的建设定位和发展方向进行探讨十分重要。笔者就医院急诊科建设定位的相关问题、急诊医学的发展趋势及特点、急诊科的功能定位及工作要求、急诊科患者的救治流向及分诊、急诊科的分配机制等方面进行阐述和分析,对医院急诊科的建设定位和发展进行初步探讨。
Emergency medicine belongs to an independent medical discipline. Because emergency medicine belongs to emerging disciplines, its development and positioning are still under exploration. As the hospital emergency department is affected by the size of the hospital, radiation, technical strength, equipment and many other software and hardware interference, the hospital emergency department has not yet formed a fixed, standardized emergency medical model. However, it is very important to find out the most realistic emergency medical model by combining the radiation ability, technical strength and equipment of the hospital according to the local conditions, and to further explore the orientation and development of the emergency department in the hospital. The author expounds and analyzes the relative problems in the construction of hospital emergency department, the development trend and characteristics of emergency medicine, the functional orientation and work requirements of emergency department, the treatment flow and the triage of emergency department and the distribution mechanism of emergency department. The hospital emergency department construction positioning and development for a preliminary discussion.
