在测定固体样品中气体成分时,大多采用高频感应电炉或直流碳电炉作热源。但前者设备庞大、操作复杂、耗电量大和熔融样品时间较长。后者有温度梯度大、温度不稳定、石墨严重挥发等缺点。近年来,脉冲式的低压大电流热源在金属气体分析中得到了应用,此种热源具有许多优越性。在毛主席“独立自主、自力更生、艰苦奋斗、勤俭建国”方针指引下,我们试制了一种脉冲热源,此热源是用可控硅及晶体管电路取代调压变压器、交流接触器和时间继电器等。经过一段时间的使用证明,本设备简单、工作稳定可靠、使用方便、干扰及噪声小,并且熔样时间短。与气相色谱联合使用效果良好。
In the determination of solid gas samples, most of the use of high-frequency induction furnace or DC carbon furnace as a heat source. However, the former has a large equipment, complicated operation, large power consumption and long time for melting the sample. The latter has a temperature gradient, temperature instability, graphite and other serious shortcomings. In recent years, pulsed low voltage high current heat source has been applied in metal gas analysis. Such heat source has many advantages. Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s principle of “independence, self-reliance, hard work and building a thrift nation,” we tried out a pulsed heat source that uses thyristors and transistor circuits instead of voltage regulating transformers, AC contactors, and time relays. After a period of use proved that the device is simple, stable and reliable, easy to use, interference and noise, and the melting time is short. Combined with gas chromatography with good results.
