After reading Vice Premier Deng Zixuan ’s report on the comprehensive plan for the cure of the Yellow River water damage and the development of the Yellow River water conservancy, I was very excited and happy again. The two huge projects of Sanmenxia and Liujiaxia mentioned in the report and its magnificent vision make me realize that it is only possible under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party to build China into an advanced
