本文通过对陕西省青少年女子跆拳道比赛等21场比赛的技术统计和分析,明确了在高水平跆拳道比赛中常用的进攻和反击技术及相应的得分、出击次数和得分率,并以比赛实例揭示了作为核心技术的横踢及其系列技术在比赛中的重要地位和作用,为今后女子的训练和比赛工作明确了方向。
Based on the technical statistics and analysis of 21 games including Shaanxi Province Young Women’s Taekwondo Competition, the common offensive and counterattack techniques and the corresponding scores, attacks and scoring rates in the high-level Taekwondo competition are clarified. As the core technology of cross-kick and its series of technologies in the competition of the important position and role for the future of women’s training and competition work clear direction.
