I. INTRODUCTION Joining the WTO is an important decision for China to fully participate in economic globalization and will have a profound impact on the development of Chinese society. China has pledged to abide by the rules of the WTO and achieve the goal of achieving world trade liberalization through the implementation of the principles of market opening, non-discrimination and fair trade.
