吴××,男,17岁,学生。80年8月初开始自觉胸前和腰背酸痛,头晕,乏力,纳差,皮肤逐渐苍黄,有时低热,但无出血倾向。当地医院拟诊贫血,使用铁剂、B_(12)等抗贫血药物以及输血治疗,结果效果不显著。于80年9月9日转我院,门诊以贫血原因待查收入住院。平素健康,很少服药,否认有疟疾史,2年前有胸部外伤史。一贯读书,家无类似病史。
