肺结核病苏联分类法,在我国广泛推行以来,经过实践证明,是符合临床实际需要的。它比过去采用的许多分类法都优越,因为这个分类法是从全面出发,反映出结核病是整个机体疾患的观念,与过去只是孤立地偏重某一局部病变的分类法,有本质上的差别。但是由于现代医学的飞速发展,对原来认为很妥善的东西也可能感到有不足之处,特别是肺结核病的复杂性,早已给它在分类上带来很多困难。因此,为了使这个分类法更趋完善,切合临床实际应用,以科学的态度去研究和发展它,是完全必要的。我们愿意本着学习的态度参加讨论,不当之处尚希同道们指正。
Tuberculosis Soviet Union taxonomy, widely implemented in our country, has proved that it is in line with clinical needs. It is superior to many taxonomies used in the past because this taxonomy is a comprehensive one and reflects the notion that tuberculosis is a disease of the entire organism that is essentially different from the taxonomy that used to be a partial lesion in isolation. However, due to the rapid development of modern medicine, there may be some shortcomings with what was originally thought to be proper. In particular, the complexity of tuberculosis has long given it many difficulties in classification. Therefore, in order to make this taxonomy more perfect and meet clinical practical application, it is absolutely necessary to study and develop it with a scientific attitude. We are willing to participate in the discussion in the attitude of learning, improper still hope fellow correction.
