油库渗漏无损定位监测是该领域中尚未解决的难题。由于大型油库通常用成百上千个油罐联结起存油。油罐由油管相互联结埋于地下,与油罐油管相接触的是一沙层。沙层(?)为上 天长日久贮油罐或油管总会发生漏油现象。(?)方位通常多发生在接缝处。有时渗油、有时小漏、也可能中漏或大漏。由于油库油面面积太大,因此用油面液位检测法通常很难发现油库是否漏油。有时漏油随地下水流失,严重地污染水源。有时可能造成火灾,引起人身伤亡和重大经济损失。 本文首次报道刊用单片机控制的油库漏油监测系统,利用系统本身的多路漏油检测探头可在油库中的汽油、柴油或煤油发生漏油后的20min到1.5h内检测出来,并报警指示出油库漏油的方位,以便及时维修治理。 Non-destructive location monitoring of oil depot leakage is an unsolved problem in this field.
