目的建立包含内部器官,特别是生殖系统的中国数字人女性3D模型,并实现可变模型构建。方法对“中国数字人女一号”高分辨率数据集的原始彩色断层切片数据进行自动分割和半自动交互分割,将分割后的二值化数据转化为基于非均匀有理B样条的三维曲面,进行三维重建。结果得到了各器官3D模型,女性生殖系统模型清晰显示出各生殖器官的空间形态和位置关系。结论经过对中国女性数字人断层图片的处理,得到了器官完整的可变3D模型,便于构建个体化计算模型,开展航天辐射防护、临床放射治疗等方面的研究。
Objective To establish a Chinese 3D digital human female model containing internal organs, especially the reproductive system, and to construct a variable model. Methods Automatic segmentation and semi-automatic cross-segmentation of the original color slice data of “China Digital ’s female ” high resolution data set were performed, and the binarized data was transformed into three-dimensional Surface, three-dimensional reconstruction. Results The 3D model of each organ was obtained. The female reproductive system model clearly showed the spatial shape and location of each genital organ. Conclusions After the treatment of digital human tomographic images of Chinese women, a complete and variable 3D model of organ was obtained, which is convenient for constructing individualized calculation models and carrying out research on space radiation protection and clinical radiotherapy.
