一、产生应激反应的原因养殖鱼类由于在狭小的场所进行高密度的饲养,一般处于在自然界强烈得多的应激反应状态。最初给应激反映定义的是加拿大的斯里埃教授,他把体内产生应激反应即应变的作用因子叫做不良因子,把应变定义为应激反应。形成不良因子的主要原因有以下几个方面。1.水温的变化,2.溶解氧,3.氨的浓度,4.pH值,5.饲养密度,6.水质污浊,7.换水率,8.选别时的操作。现就这些不良因子作用到养殖鱼类时,对其产生怎样的影响说明一下。
