我院放射医学系放射损伤学教研室和血液病研究室共同进行的胎肝造血组织的基础研究及临床应用于1985年12月27日由核工业部科技核电局和安防卫生局组织通过鉴定。我院利用放射性核素~3H-TdR掺入及细胞培养方法,研究了胎肝细胞的代谢功能与增殖特性,发现胎肝细胞以造红系为主,早期幼稚的细胞代谢旺盛,增殖分化能力强。妊娠4~5个月时胎肝、骨髓、胸腺、脾脏的代谢功能旺盛,尤以肝脏的重量大、细胞
