目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染与生殖道常见微生物感染的相关性。方法选取2014年4月-2015年5月在广东省妇幼保健院妇科门诊就诊的2 343例患者为研究对象,进行HPV、沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲脲原体(UU)、阴道假丝酵母菌及细菌性阴道病(BV)检测。结果 2 343例患者中,HPV阳性612例,占26.12%;HPV阴性1 731例,占73.88%。HPV感染与CT、UU及BV显著相关,与假丝酵母菌感染不相关。结论 CT、UU及BV感染可能增加HPV感染的风险。
Objective To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and common microbial infections in the reproductive tract. Methods From April 2014 to May 2015, 2 343 cases of gynecological clinics in Guangdong Provincial MCH / MCH hospital were selected as study subjects, and HPV, C. trachomatis (CT), UU (Ureaplasma urealyticum) Yeast and bacterial vaginosis (BV) test. Results Of the 2 343 patients, 612 were positive for HPV, accounting for 26.12%; 1 731 were HPV negative, accounting for 73.88%. HPV infection was significantly associated with CT, UU and BV, but not with Candida infection. Conclusion CT, UU and BV infection may increase the risk of HPV infection.
