目的:探讨三维彩色多普勒血管成像技术(3D-CDA)在脐带异常插入胎盘诊断中的应用价值。方法:对30例中孕期超声检查疑为胎盘脐带入口异常的胎儿运用3D-CDA检查、随访,并与出生后脐带插入胎盘情况对比。结果:3D-CDA诊断胎盘脐带入口异常28例,其中边缘性脐带入口25例,帆状入口3例(其中1例伴血管前置),3D-CDA诊断提示与产后病理结果一致,诊断符合率100%。结论:3D-CDA有利于准确、空间立体的显示脐带插入胎盘处及其脐带走行情况,在胎盘脐带入口异常的诊断中有重要的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimensional color Doppler angiography (3D-CDA) in diagnosis of umbilical cord abnormal placenta accreta. Methods: 3D-CDA was performed on 30 fetuses suspected of abnormal fetal umbilical cord entrance in the second trimester of pregnancy. The fetuses were followed up and compared with the umbilical cord inserted placenta after birth. Results: 3D-CDA diagnosis of placenta umbilical cord entrance abnormalities in 28 cases, of which 25 cases of marginal umbilical cord entrance, sail-like entrance in 3 cases (1 case with vascular preemptive), 3D-CDA diagnosis and postpartum pathology diagnosis tips consistent diagnostic accuracy 100%. Conclusion: 3D-CDA is an accurate and spatial display of umbilical cord inserted into the placenta and its umbilical cord. It has important application value in the diagnosis of abnormal umbilical cord entrance.
