追求升学率和成绩,倒逼着教师纷纷把教学目标转向提高学生成绩和升学率。再加之传统教学中本身就很重视学生成绩,教学方法单一、枯燥,多种因素共同导致初中毕业班的教学难以引起学生共鸣,课堂效率不高,学生厌学倾向明显。探索教学理念,提高初三毕业班的课堂效率成为必要。高效课堂,是指教育教学效率或效果能够有相当高的目标达成的课堂。把高效课堂的理念融入到初中毕业班教学工作中,转变初三毕业班不合时宜的教学方式,提高课堂教学效率。
