党校作为我党执政理论学习重地,任重而道远。本文提出敬业是党校工作者应遵循的基本原则。而作为敬业的党校教育者应具有忠诚之心、并且有坚定的政治信念以及能够不断提高自我素质修养。同时作为敬业的党校教育指导着,也应统筹安排教学资源,重视科研成果的转化及教学亲和力。从多角度实现党校的义务,为我党服务。
Party school as our party’s governing theory of learning, a long way to go. This article proposes that dedication is the basic principle that party workers should follow. As dedicated party school educators should have a loyalty, and have a firm political beliefs and can continue to improve self-cultivation. At the same time, as a dedicated party school education guide, we should also make overall arrangements for teaching resources, attach importance to the transformation of scientific research and teaching affinity. Realize the obligation of party school from multiple perspectives and serve for our party.
