当面部眶下区受到较强外力打击后,常导致面部眶下区软组织与上颌窦贯通的开放性损伤。常伴有上颌骨前外侧壁和眶底粉碎性骨折,如果处理不当,将导致严重的面部畸形和眼球下陷。现将我科1984—1989年收治的12例患者做如下回顾。
When the face under the infraorbital area by a strong external attack, often leading to the facial infraorbital soft tissue and the maxillary sinus through open injury. Often accompanied by maxillary anterolateral wall and orbital comminuted fracture, if not handled properly, will lead to serious facial deformity and eye subsidence. Now my department 1984-1989 admitted to the 12 patients to do the following review.
