为揭示居民的死亡模式及变动趋势,自1986年以来,我院连续12年对胶州市的全死因情况,进行了全面细致的调查和分析,基本搞清了胶州市近12年来居民死亡的主要原因和导致死亡的疾病形成原因,以及死亡谱的分布及变动趋势。现将我们的研究结果报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 人口资料 以乡镇和街道办事处为单位,共设22个疾病监测点,收集死因统计报表,并从统计局、公安局及卫生系统收集有关人口出生、死亡资料,进行补充和对照,标准人口按1990年人口普查构成计算。1.2 对象和方法 对全市常住人口12年来全部死亡人数进行调查,初步弄清每位死亡者的致死原因,并依据国际疾病分类-9(ICD-9)原则进行死因分类编码,登记造册,汇总成表,统
