北京第六制药厂生产的维生素甲酸口腔膜治疗口腔粘膜扁平苔藓24例,疗效明显,其中2例用药后白色角化斑纹完全消失,基底粘膜无充血,无刺激性痛,无自发痛,观察3个月未复发;21例白色角化斑纹部分消失,基底粘膜基本正常,无自觉疼痛,无刺激性痛;仅1例用药后白色角化斑纹部分消失,但基底粘膜充血,自觉疼痛,甚至可见糜烂。维甲酸口腔膜外敷能治疗口腔粘膜过角化病损,具有刺激性小,使用方便,能较长时间贴敷在病损处等优点。
