为加强河湖管理,实现“水清、流畅、岸绿、鱼跃、景美”的美丽桐庐生态建设目标,桐庐县着力创新管护职责、管护形式、管护服务、管护手段“四个到位”的河湖管护体制,基本实现了“水清、流畅、岸绿、鱼跃、景美”的河湖管护总体目标,寓春江连续8年出境水质优于入境水质,并成功创建富春江国家级水利风景区和人选水利部河湖管护体制机制创新试点县,为“中国最美县”建设作出了积极贡献。
