(一) 我们对区直47个党组织(35个机关党委、6个总支、6个直属支部)发展党员的情况进行了调查。从调查的情况看,区直机关发展党员工作主要有以下几个特点和做法; 一、重视了在第一线和优秀青年中发展党员一些单位的党组织认识到,发展优秀青年入党是党组织的一项经常性的工作,它使党的事业后继有人,兴旺发达,充满朝气和活力,是保证党组织的纯洁性、先进性及提高党的战斗力的有力措施。他们把发展青年党员工作列人重要议事日程,专人负责,基本做到每半年研究一次,每年进行一次检查和总结。区农业银行党组强化执政意识、负责意识、表率意识和民主意
