上海市《DBJ—08—20—94住宅建筑设计标准》中,规定多层住宅每户平均建筑面积不应超过60m~2;使用面积不得低于:小套33m~2,中套40m~2,大套52m~2;各类房间净面积不得低于:主卧室12m~2,双人卧室9m~2,单人卧室6m~1,起居室12m~2。并规定卧室、起居室、厨房应有直接采光、自然通风;卫生间宜有直接采光、自然通风;大套型住宅的卫生间可将浴缸、坐便器和洗脸盆、洗衣机分隔布置,卫生间应预留1.4m长浴缸。
Shanghai DBJ—08—20—94 Residential Building Design Standards stipulates that the average building area of a multi-storey residential house should not exceed 60m~2; the used area should not be lower than: small sets of 33m~2, middle sets of 40m~2 , Large sets of 52m ~ 2; all kinds of rooms net area must not be lower than: the main bedroom 12m ~ 2, double bedroom 9m ~ 2, single bedroom 6m ~ 1, living room 12m ~ 2.
