本文通过实验对机采过程中的清蜡的替液时间及温场变化等内容进行了深入探究,在实验基础上记录和分析替液时间的影响因素,并且与理论计算时间进行比较分析,建立起了站间、管道间的热洗过程替液的计算模型、针对单井建立了站间及管道间热洗替液的温度场模型以及针对单井建立了基于热洗替液时间的量化模型,从而为机采井的热洗替液时间选择提供了实践经验和理论基础。
