目的制定津力达颗粒的快速质量控制方法。方法采用TLC在4块薄层板上鉴别人参、丹参、葛根、黄连、知母、制何首乌及淫羊藿。用高效液相色谱法,以氨基键合硅胶为填充剂、乙腈-无水乙醇-2%磷酸溶液(84∶7∶9)为流动相,测定样品中苦参碱的含量。结果通过方法学考察,苦参碱的进样量在87.6~3 650 ng(r=0.999 9),与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。苦参碱平均回收率为100.4%(n=9),RSD为0.98%。TLC鉴别阴性无干扰。结论本方法简便、快捷、实用,可用于津力达颗粒的质量评价。
Objective To develop a rapid quality control method for Jinlida granules. Methods TLC was used to identify ginseng, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Puerariae, Coptis chinensis, Rhizoma anemarrhenae, Polygonum multiflorum and Epimedium on four TLC plates. The contents of matrine in the samples were determined by HPLC, using amino-bonded silica as filler and acetonitrile-ethanol-2% phosphoric acid solution (84:7:9) as the mobile phase. Results Through the methodological study, the injection volume of matrine was 87.6-3 650 ng (r = 0.999 9), showing a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recovery of matrine was 100.4% (n = 9) with a RSD of 0.98%. TLC negative identification without interference. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and practical, which can be used to evaluate the quality of Jinlida granules.
