伴随着经济的高速发展,能源、资源以及生态环境的危机在不断加剧。只有改变传统的粗放型的经济增长方式,尊重自然,发展绿色环保的循环经济才能有效解决人与自然不和谐的问题。税收是促进循环经济发展的重要宏观政策手段,本文以福建省发展循环经济的急迫性为基础,阐述了税收与循环经济的关系,评析了现有发展循环经济的税收政策,并针对其存在的问题提出建议和构想。
With the rapid economic development, the crisis of energy, resources and ecological environment is aggravating. Only by changing the traditional extensive mode of economic growth, respecting nature and developing a recycling economy of green and environmental protection can we effectively solve the problem of disharmony between man and nature.
