今年四月二十七日,是谢觉哉同志诞辰百年的纪念日。谢老是我党老一辈无产阶级革命家、我国人民司法制度的奠基者之一。他一生革命,建树卓著,德高望重,深受全党和全国人民的爱戴。当前,我国法学研究正在继续开创新局面,抚今追昔,我们分外缅怀先烈艰难创业的功绩。为此,我们特发表陈守一教授写的短文,以表达对这位革命前辈的哀思和怀念。
On April 27 this year, it is a commemoration day of the hundred-year anniversary of Comrade Xie Jue’s death. Hsieh is one of the founders of the proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation of our party and the judicial system of our people. Throughout his life, he has made a revolution, has made outstanding achievements, enjoys great prestige, is deeply loved by the entire Party and the people throughout the country. At present, the study of law in our country is continuing to create a new situation. When we recall the past, we cherish the memory of the merits of the pioneers. To this end, we published a short essay written by Professor Chen Shouyi to express our grief and misgivings about this revolutionary predecessor.
