班主任工作是学校加强对学生管理的主要途径,关系着学生的学习和成长。但是在新形势下,中学班主任工作面临着众多的压力和挑战,班主任要通过积极有效的途径克服工作中的困难,不断的提升自己工作的质量和效率,为学生的成长提供保障。本文通过分析新形势背景下中学班主任日常工作开展所面临的挑战,探讨中学班主任工作应对挑战的对策,旨在为我国中学班主任工作提供参考。
Class teacher work is the school to strengthen the management of students the main way, relates to student learning and growth. However, under the new situation, there are numerous pressures and challenges faced by class supervisors in middle schools. The class supervisors should overcome the difficulties in their work through active and effective means and constantly improve the quality and efficiency of their work so as to provide guarantee for their growth. This article analyzes the challenges faced by the daily work of middle school class teachers under the new situation, and discusses the countermeasures to tackle the challenges of the middle school class teachers’ work in order to provide a reference for the class teacher in middle schools in our country.
