基于上海浦东机场实测基地测风塔上10 m及30 m高度处台风“海葵”的现场实测数据,对台风“海葵”过境上海时的脉动风速功率谱和各向脉动风速分量之间的相关性进行了详细研究。研究表明:台风“海葵”脉动风速功率谱总体与Von Karman谱吻合良好,Von Karman谱能够较为准确的描述上海浦东地区的湍动能分布特性;风速谱值对平均风速的变化较敏感,高风速时段在惯性子区内具有更高的湍动能。实测互谱在低频和高频段均与Kaimal修正谱符合较好;互相关系数ρ_(uw)在各高度处随平均风速的变化基本保持稳定,而互相关系数ρ_(uv)和ρ_(vw)在各高度处随平均风速的变化离散性相对较大;随着观测高度的增加,互相关系数ρ_(uw)的负相关性逐渐减小。

The correlation coefficient ρ_ (uw) keeps stable with the change of average wind speed at each altitude, while the correlation coefficients ρ_ (uv) and ρ_ (vw) The variance of average wind speed at each height is relatively large. With the increase of observation height, the negative correlation of the correlation coefficient ρ uw decreases gradually.
