目的通过检测动脉粥样硬化(As)不同发展阶段的各种血脂相关指标,来探讨各种检测值与As各个发展阶段的相关性。方法随机选择健康体检者60例(As(-)组)、脑As无并发症患者24例(As(+)组)、As性脑栓塞患者67例(As(++)组),酶化学法测定血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC),直接法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC),免疫透射比浊法测定载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)、脂蛋白(a)(LP(a)),并对3组的检测值进行统计分析。结果As(+)组与As(-)组比较,TG、TC、LDLC、ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI增高(P<0.05),HDLC、ApoAI降低(P<0.05)。As(++)组与As(+)组比较,ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI增高(P<0.05)。As(++)组与As(-)组比较,ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI显著增高(P<0.01)。结论TG、TC、LDLC、HDLC、ApoAI、ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI水平与As的早期发展阶段相关,而且ApoB100、LP(a)、ApoB100/ApoAI水平与As的晚期发展阶段相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between various test values and various development stages of As by detecting various blood lipid related indexes in different stages of atherosclerosis (As). Methods A total of 60 healthy volunteers (As (-) group) were randomly selected. 24 patients (As (+) group) with asymptomatic cerebral complications and 67 patients (As (++) (TG), total cholesterol (TC), LDLC, HDLC, and ApoAI were determined by the method of immunoturbidimetry. , Apolipoprotein B100 (ApoB100), lipoprotein (a) (LP (a)), and statistical analysis of the three groups of detection values. Results Compared with As (-) group, the levels of TG, TC, LDLC, ApoB100, LP (a) and ApoB100 / ApoAI increased (P <0.05) and HDLC and ApoAI decreased (P <0.05). ApoB100, LP (a), ApoB100 / ApoAI were higher in As (++) group than in As (+) group (P <0.05). The levels of ApoB100, LP (a) and ApoB100 / ApoAI in As (++) group were significantly higher than those in As (-) group (P <0.01). Conclusions The levels of TG, TC, LDLC, HDLC, ApoAI, ApoB100, LP (a) and ApoB100 / ApoAI are related to the early developmental stages of As and the levels of ApoB100, LP (a) and ApoB100 / ApoAI are related to the late stage of As development.
