根据全国农技中心会同有关专家分析预测,2013年二点委夜蛾在黄淮海夏玉米区中等发生,河北南部、山东中南部等地达偏重程度,预计发生面积约3000万亩次。为做好玉米田二点委夜蛾防控工作,特制订本技术方案。一、防控目标玉米田二点委夜蛾防治处置率达到90%以上,总体防治效果达到85%以上,玉米危害损失率控制在5%以下。二、防控策略
