目前高校体育普修课的组织与教学,大都采用班级授课制的自然分组教学的组织形式与教法。这种教学组织与教法机械划一,不便于因材施教;过分强调知识、技能系统,容易忽视实践活动的多维性,以致造成了部分学生在体育课教学中出现“吃不饱或吃不了”的两极化的被动学习局面。故它已在客观上严重地影响了体育课的教学质量。本文试图寻找出一种较为适合学生特征,又符合体育课教学特点的教学组织形式与教法,旨在不断提高教学质量。
At present, the organization and teaching of general courses in physical education in colleges and universities mostly adopts the organizational form and teaching method of natural grouping teaching in class teaching. This kind of teaching organization and teaching method are uniform, which is inconvenient to teach students according to their aptitude. Overemphasis on knowledge and skill system can easily neglect the multidimensional nature of practical activities. As a result, some students appear “unsatisfied” in physical education teaching Passive learning situation. Therefore, it has already seriously affected the teaching quality of PE class objectively. This paper attempts to find a more suitable for students characteristics, but also in line with the teaching characteristics of physical education teaching organization and teaching methods, designed to continuously improve the quality of teaching.
