利用DMBA诱发金黄地鼠颊囊粘膜癌变,结合树脂微血管铸型扫描电镜观察对动物颊癌血管生成形态学进行了动态研究。结果发现:癌前病变时期即存在血管生成现象;肿瘤血管生成始于细胞恶性转化时期,癌变及肿瘤生长各时期均存在不同程度的血管生成,表现为血管直径的改变及产生新生血管和各种畸形血管。早期肿瘤血供存在两种形式,即原有组织微血管扩张增粗和新血管形成。随着肿瘤细胞增殖、浸润,血管增生加剧,并失去原有组织内的微血管构筑特征,形成肿瘤独特的微血管系统,各种微血管特征表现反映了肿瘤生长处在不同时期。
DMBA-induced hamster buccal mucosal carcinogenesis, combined with resin micro-tube casting scanning electron microscopy of animal cheek cancer angiogenesis morphology dynamic study. Early tumor blood supply exists in two forms, namely, the original tissue microvascular dilatation and neovascularization. As tumor cells proliferate, infiltrate, exacerbate vascular hyperplasia, and lose the original microvascular architecture characteristics, the formation of tumor unique microvascular system, a variety of microvascular characteristics reflect the tumor growth in different periods.
