当前,各级国家综合档案馆都在积极向建设“大档案、大服务”的公共档案馆积极转型,探讨选择公共档案馆社会服务的路径将有非常重要的现实意义。通过分析制约公共档案馆社会服务建设和发展的各种因素,我们对如何实现公共档案馆社会服务有了比较清晰的认识,便于我们针对性地提出公共档案馆社会服务的实现路径。公共档案馆社会服务的实现应着手于公共档案馆管理体制的进一步改革,不断改进与创新社会服务机制,加强馆藏档案资源建设和信息资源共
