1990年7月24日至25日,陕西省水利水土保持厅和陕西航空工业局在西安邀请水利部及省内有关教授、专家对“陕西省防汛水情信息实时处理及预报微机系统”进行了测试和技术鉴定,并一致通过。本项目是为适应防汛工作的需要,把新技术应用到防汛水情工作,于1987～1988年研制成功,并在1988～1990年汛期使用中发挥了重要作用。该项目的主要内容是对接口电路的研制和通过微机对电报进行实时接收、拍发、水情信息的实时处理、检索、制表、绘图、水情管理和洪水预报软件的研制等。本系统投入使用后,代替了原两台电传机对电报的接收和人工处理,实现水情工作和洪水预报自动化。
From July 24 to July 25, 1990, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Water Resources and Soil Conservation and Shaanxi Aviation Industry Bureau invited the Ministry of Water Resources and relevant professors and experts in Shaanxi province to carry out the project of “Real-time Processing and Forecasting of Flood Prevention and Water Information in Shaanxi Province” Testing and technical appraisal, and unanimously approved. This project is to adapt to the needs of flood control work, the application of new technologies to flood control water regime, developed in 1987 ~ 1988, and played an important role in the flood season from 1988 to 1990. The main contents of the project are the development of interface circuits and real-time processing of telegrams through telemetry by microcomputer, real-time processing and retrieval of water regime information, tabulation, mapping, hydrological management and development of flood forecasting software. The system put into use, instead of the original two teletype machine telegram reception and manual processing, hydrological work and flood forecasting automation.
