当今,一个法治时代公民对于公共事务关注和表达,应当有更多的正式的、能对立法和行政机关起到制约作用的渠道。司法是法治的一个层面,我们目前非常关注的司法改革便是基于此,企图寄希望于建立一个公正的司法环境。使一些社会问题得以公正解决。固然,由于社会生活的复杂多变。不可能制定出消除一切冲突的法律。但这毕竟是一个方向,是一个应当努力企及的目标。和谐社会一定是法治社会,法治是现代文明即现代社会主义这种新型文明中的良法善治。社会中大量存在的矛盾必须积极主动地去正视和化解。而化解矛盾不论用什么方式,都只有在法治的轨道上进行,才能达成或保持社会的和谐。
Nowadays, when citizens in the rule of law pay attention to and express their opinions on public affairs, there should be more formal channels that can restrict the legislative and administrative organs. Justice is a dimension of the rule of law. Judicial reform, which we are currently focusing on, is based on this attempt in the hope of setting a just judicial environment. So that some social problems can be solved fairly. Of course, due to the complex and changing social life. It is impossible to devise laws that eliminate all conflicts. But after all, this is a direction and an objective that we should try hard to achieve. A harmonious society must be a society ruled by law and the rule of law is a good rule of law in the new civilization in which modern civilization is modern socialism. The large number of contradictions in society must be proactively addressed and resolved. However, no matter what method is adopted to resolve the contradiction, it can only achieve or maintain social harmony if it is conducted on the track of the rule of law.
