自从我2004年7月毕业,转眼间已经工作6年了,虽然距离一个优秀的体育教师还有很长的一段路要走,但自己在这几年中收获颇多,也对当下教育有一些思索。现代教育理念和手段正如雨后春笋一样迅猛发展,作为新一代的体育教师,我们如何面对自己的岗位,这是值得深思的问题。在这几年的教学过程中,我体会到了以下几点。
Since I graduated in July 2004, I have been working in a blink of an eye for 6 years. Although it is still a long way from being a good physical education teacher, I have gained a lot in these years and also have some education thinking.
