台北县首座具有手扶梯与升降电梯的府中景观人行陆桥,位于县民大道、重庆路口,由于外观蜿蜒如龙形,因此定名为「板桥游龙」.建筑师打破传统人行陆桥的观念,发展出「桥」的更多可能劳赋予其在城市中的定位;同时将扳桥的在地文化-板桥林家花园融入桥体的设计,强调桥的地域性,增加居民的认同感,白天的自然光,透过材质与桥的形体,产生丰富的光影变化;晚上透过照明设计的方式.在光影变化之外,也为天桥夜间的表情提出不同的诠释,让板挢的夜空增添一点时尚科技感.
