乙烯利(2—氯乙基磷酸)对水果的成熟有明显的促进作用。近半年来在梨、苹果、无花果及柑桔类果实上的催熟方面均有不少报道。据1972年我们对早桔和尾张温州蜜柑的试验证明,应用乙烯利300~500PPM 不论在采收前喷洒或采收后浸果处理,都有促进果实成熟的作用。但在树上喷洒的结果,会导致落叶现象,而采收后的处理,对果实的品质和果皮色泽还不够理想。因此在生产上大量应用以前,还需做更多的试验。
Ethephon (2-chloroethyl phosphoric acid) has a significant role in promoting fruit ripening. Nearly six months in pear, apple, fig and citrus fruits on the ripening have a lot of reports. According to the test of early orange and caudate Wenzhou Satsuma in 1972, it has been proved that the application of ethephon 300 ~ 500PPM has the effect of promoting the ripening of fruits, no matter it is sprayed or harvested before harvesting. However, the results sprayed on the tree will lead to decay, and after harvest treatment, the quality of the fruit and peel color is not yet ideal. Therefore, a large number of applications in the production before the need to do more tests.
