我院自1974至1985年底共收治鼓室成形术26例计28耳。今就其适应症之选择、手术类型、移植组织材料、并发症及失败原因进行初步总结分析和探讨。临床资料一、一般资料:男19例,女7例。年龄:以青少年为多,占69％。二、鼓膜穿孔时间:最短为半年,最长为30年。穿孔时间长短与移植组织成活无明显差异。三、穿孔部位:紧张部中央穿孔24耳;松弛部2耳,余为耳硬化症1耳及先天性砧骨畸形1耳。四、术前检查情况:①咽鼓管通畅者23耳;狭
