目的了解重庆市小学生对突发事件心理危机干预的需求,为建立小学生突发事件心理危机干预体系提供依据。方法整群随机抽取重庆市7所小学1 110名四~六年级学生,采用自编“突发事件心理危机干预需求调查问卷”进行问卷调查。结果遇到突发事件时,38.1%的调查对象最希望接受团体心理辅导,66.7%最希望由父母提供心理帮助。如果学校开展突发事件心理危机健康教育活动,95.2%的调查对象有参加意愿,且在性别、年级、是否独生子女上差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。在愿意参加者中,40.0%最希望该活动每个月开展1次;40.9%最希望班主任是活动的提供者;希望了解的活动内容是如何防范突发事件(51.7%)和如何缓解心理危机(51.5%);喜欢的活动形式主要为心理影片(45.0%)和心理游戏(40.8%)。结论应根据小学生的心理需求特点,有计划、有组织地开展针对性的心理危机干预服务。
Objective To understand the needs of primary school students in intervention of psychological crisis in emergency in Chongqing, and to provide basis for establishing psychological crisis intervention system for primary school students. Methods The cluster was randomly selected from 1 110 students of grade 4 to 6 in 7 primary schools in Chongqing. A questionnaire survey was conducted using the self-compiled questionnaire of psychological crisis intervention in emergencies. Results In the event of emergencies, 38.1% of the respondents most want to accept group counseling, 66.7% most want their parents to provide psychological help. 95.2% of the respondents have willingness to participate if the school carries out emergency education on psychological crisis of emergency, and there is significant difference in sex, grade and whether or not only child (P <0.05). Of those who are willing to participate, 40.0% want the activity to be carried out once a month; 40.9% most want the teacher to be the activity provider; what they want to know is how to prevent emergencies (51.7%) and how to alleviate the psychological crisis (51.5%). The main types of activities liked are psychological film (45.0%) and psychological games (40.8%). Conclusions Should be based on the psychological needs of primary school students, a planned and organized to carry out targeted psychological crisis intervention services.
