1980年11月25～29日中国电子学会在长沙召开了全国第一届“三束”会议。会上宣布“生产技术学会三束技术学组”和“半导体集成电路学会三束及超精细加工学组”成立,并进行了学术交流活动。来自全国各地的160名代表和120名列席代表参加了会议。会议共收到186篇论文及摘要。 四机部、国家计算机委员会及中国电子学会的负责同志参加了会议。开幕式上,中国电子学会罗沛霖副
November 1980 25-29 Chinese Institute of Electronics held the first “three-beam” conference in Changsha. At the meeting, the “three-beam technology group of the Institute of Production Technology” and the “three-beam and ultra-fine processing group of the semiconductor integrated circuit society” were announced and conducted academic exchange activities. 160 delegates from all over the country and 120 attendance representatives attended the conference. The conference received a total of 186 papers and abstracts. Four machine department, the National Computer Committee and the Chinese Institute of Electronics responsible comrades attended the meeting.
