1前言任何柴油机出厂时都附有使用说明书,但是在调研中发现,因种种原因并不是每一个基层单位的使用者或机修人员都能看到并熟记有关技术参数的。就连杆螺栓预紧力而言,过大或过小都可能在使用中使连杆螺栓产生早期变形与断裂。由于连杆螺栓的原因而打坏气缸体或使活塞连杆组件损坏的现象时有发生。为此,本文提出一种近似确定连杆螺栓预紧力矩的方法。 2 连杆螺栓预紧力与预紧力矩的关系
1 Introduction Any diesel engine is shipped with instructions for use. However, during the survey, it was found that for various reasons, not every user or mechanic in the grassroots units could see and memorize relevant technical parameters. Even the rod bolt preload, the excessive or too small may make the connecting rod bolt early deformation and fracture. Occasionally, the cylinder block is damaged or the piston rod assembly is damaged due to the connecting rod bolt.
