近年来,随着高中的逐渐普及及其高等教育的扩招,中等职业院校面临着前所未有的挑战。生源的复杂,学生素质状况的特殊,对中职生的思想政治教育具有相当大的挑战性。学校教育,育人为本、德育为先。要说素质,思想政治素质是最重要的。本文从中等职业院校的思想政治教育现状、中职生的思想特点入手,建议地提出一些促进其思想政治教育工作开展的措施。
In recent years, with the gradual popularization of high school and its enlarging enrollment in higher education, secondary vocational colleges are facing unprecedented challenges. The complexity of students and the special quality of their students pose considerable challenges to the ideological and political education of secondary vocational students. School education, educating people, moral education first. To say quality, ideological and political quality is the most important. This paper starts with the current situation of the ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools and the ideological and political features of secondary vocational school students and suggests some measures to promote their ideological and political education.
