民营化发展趋势的一个显著特点是民营经济的发展与经济金融化进程相互影响。民营经济为国民经济做出了卓越贡献,金融因素在民营经济发展中既有支持作用,也有制约作用。民营经济的金融化趋势及其强化,不仅是实体经济所有制结构的继续调整,而且也必将会从根本上改变金融经济本身的所有制结构,所以必须慎重对待民间资本全面渗透金融领域的现象。
A notable feature of the development trend of privatization is the interaction between the development of private economy and the process of economic finance. The private economy has made outstanding contributions to the national economy. The financial factor plays both a supporting and a restrictive role in the development of the private economy. The financialization trend and strengthening of the private economy not only continue to adjust the ownership structure of the real economy, but also fundamentally change the ownership structure of the financial economy itself. Therefore, the phenomenon that private capital should be fully infiltrated into the financial sector must be treated with caution.
