1997年后香港经济的繁荣稳定及深圳的经济发展问题,引起了人们的高度重视。我们认为,未来在深圳实行自由贸易区政策,以适应香港回归后的深港经济关系的变化,逐步形成一种新型的香港一深圳“两制一体”的自由贸易区模式,将对保持香港的稳定与繁荣,对深圳的经济发展及强化香港对大陆经济的辐射作用,进而加强台湾与大陆的经济联系都有着重要的意义。 一、实现深港经济一体化具有重要意义 1997年香港主权回归中国后,深圳与香港之间的关系从国际关系转变为一国内区域之间的关系,两地经济一体化的程度将会有更加明显的提高。在现实中,香港和深圳经济一体化不仅有利于深圳的发展,而且有利于实现香港的长期稳定发展,在深港经济一体化过程中,香港所得到的最重要的经济利益在于扩大了香港经济的生存空间。 在世界经济一体化和世界经济区域集团化过程中,亚洲太平洋地区作为世界三个主要发展的经济区之一,在90年代和下一世纪是最有发展前途的地区,在亚太经济合作区的若干次级组合中,号称“中国三角”的大陆华南地区及港台地区持续的高速增长,将使之成为下一世纪亚太地区经济增长中心之
The prosperity and stability of Hong Kong economy since 1997 and the economic development of Shenzhen have aroused people’s attention.
